We had such a great experience with Platinum Pet’s Transport bringing our new puppy, Bijou, home to us in Los Angeles. Alexis was wonderful with him throughout the trip, kept us updated, and made the handoff at LAX feel easy and reassuring. Lynn was also incredibly helpful coordinating everything and keeping communication clear leading up to travel day. We really appreciated how caring, organized, and communicative the entire process was. Bringing home a new puppy is already such a big moment, and they helped make it feel smooth from start to finish. I live with multiple sclerosis, so traveling is not always the easiest thing for me. Alexis was my Platinum Pet’s Flight Nanny and my Flight Coordinator was Lynn. Alexis brought my new puppy Haze from Plum Valley Pups in Chicago to me in San Diego. Alexis was extremely communicative and kept me posted with photos and videos the entire way. I am so grateful that Platinum Pet’s provides this service. It was a lifesaver for me!

We recently experienced the joy of getting a re-homed dog. Initially when offered this sweet pup, we thought it was impossible to her logistically. Then the owner suggested a flight nanny;I had never heard of this service. Having our new pet cared for like a precious family member, in the cabin, appealed to us. We were contacted by a member of the PPTteam and with a little back and forth to coordinate schedules, a date and time was set. We were so excited counting down the days, then hours,until our new little girl arrived. We were kept abreast of her flight progress during the trip and at the airport. Then, like an angel , Tim appeared carrying our new girl! He was so friendly and kind. We got acquainted with our new pup and took her home. It was a wonderful experience,would highly recommend and encourage anyone to adopt, re-home or buy a pup anywhere and have them transport for you.

Amazing service! We were updated through the whole process. from the moment our puppy was picked up from the breeder to having her in our arms. We were updated every step of the way with pictures a little video. I am truly grateful for platinum pet transport, and everything that they did to facilitate the transport of our puppy from California to Alberta. Thank you so much.
